A Double OOTA feature @ Perth Poetry Club

Perth Poetry Club - 6th April: Annamaria Weldon and Helen Hagemann 

Annamaria Weldon’s writing goes to the world’s edge where flora, fauna, poetry and other wild things grow. At Perth Poetry Club she will read from her popular collection The Roof Milkers (Sunline Press 2008) and from her forthcoming nature book, to be published by UWAP in 2013/14. Annamaria has won the Creatrix, Ena Taylor and Tom Collins Poetry Prizes and was short-listed in the ABR’s latest Peter Porter Poetry Prize.

Helen Hagemann's first literary collection “Evangelyne & Other Poems” was published by the Australian Poetry Centre in their New Poets Series 2009.  She recently completed a new collection which is forthcoming in August 2013 with Sunline Press.


Every Saturday from 2-4pm at The Moon Cafe, 323 William St, Northbridge, Western Australia. It's a few blocks from the central train station.

The room is on the ground floor, and there are no steps, so it's OK if you're in a wheelchair or have a pram.
