Weekly Spoken Word!
Perth's weekly spoken word event, the Perth Poetry Club, happens each Saturday from 2-4pm, downstairs in The Court hotel and restaurant, 50 Beaufort Street, Perth. There will be lots of short open stage segments—bring your poem—and featured guests every week. The MCs will be Janet Jackson and Helen Child.
On 4 April the Club is privileged to present the rockin' thesaurus himself, allan boyd the Antipoet. On 11 April, Perth's unique cellist poet, Kevin Gillam.
